Below is a list of fees and charges which may apply prior to the commencement of a tenancy, during and after its expiration. For more information please refer to our terms of business or ask a member of staff. Simon Clarke Letting Agents is a member of ARLA Propertymark (www.propertymark.co.uk), we are covered by the Propertymark Client Money Protection Scheme. Simon Clarke Letting Agents is also a member of a redress scheme provided by The Property Ombudsman for Lettings (www.tpos.co.uk).
