What's My Property Worth

The best way to find out the worth of your property is to call us and arrange for one of our experienced valuers to visit you at the property.

The rental value can depend on a number of different factors, including local market conditions, demand, property type, size, condition & location. The valuer will explain about comparable properties which we have recently rented in your area and will give you honest and realistic advice on the price your rental property will achieve, should it be placed on the market.

If you are not ready to rent the property just yet, this will still be a worthwhile exercise and we can advise you on any aspect we feel may help to achieve a higher rent or minimise any voids. We can also update you if the market changes and if we feel your property price has altered from one previously quoted.

The valuation process takes around forty-five minutes to an hour, but can be longer depending on your experience as a landlord.

You may be thinking about buying a property as a rental investment? As a lettings specialist, we have no vested interest in the property you are buying and are, therefore, in a position to be completely honest about its likely rental.

If you want to know the best type of property to choose, the best locations, the rental prices etc  then you can book a time to come into our office and speak in depth to one of our very experienced negotiators.

If you already have some properties in mind, bring along the details or information and we will give you our advice, let you know of other similar properties we have already rented in the area and help you make an informed decision.
