The best way to find out the worth of your property is to call us and arrange for one of our experienced valuers to visit you at the property.

The rental value can depend on a number of different factors, including local market conditions, demand, property type, size, condition & location. The valuer will explain about comparable properties which we have recently rented in your area and will give you honest and realistic advice on the price your rental property will achieve, should it be placed on the market.  

If you are not ready to rent the property just yet, this will still be a worthwhile exercise and we can advise you on any aspect we feel may help to achieve a higher rent or minimise any voids. We can also update you if the market changes and if we feel your property price has altered from one previously quoted.  

The valuation process takes around forty-five minutes to an hour, but can be longer depending on your experience as a landlord.
